On August 14th, Sinyiml held a celebration filled with warmth and glory to cheer for the excellent college entrance exam results of 5 employees' children. The 2025 "A Promise with the University" award activity for employees' children's college entrance exam achievements came to a successful conclusion amid laughter and joy. This is not only a tribute to the students' decade of hard work but also a warm testimony of the two-way dedication between the enterprise and employees' families.

Since the establishment of the reward mechanism for employees' children's college entrance exam achievements, Sinyiml has always adhered to the original aspiration of "caring for employees and repaying society" and interpreted corporate responsibility with practical actions:
Academic incentive fund: 2,000 yuan is awarded to each employee's child who is admitted to a university (including junior college) to help the students set sail for their dreams;
Support for studying outside the province: Reimbursement of round-trip transportation expenses for employees and one-way transportation expenses for their children (air tickets/train tickets) is provided for families studying in other provinces, and the Administrative Department assists in ticket purchase thoughtfully;
Warm vacation arrangement: Employees are given 2-4 days of paid leave according to the distance of the journey, allowing parents to accompany their children to start a new chapter of life with peace of mind.
At the event site, Technical Manager Zhang of the company presented awards to the students and took group photos with the employee parents. The students shared their learning experiences and expressed their gratitude to their parents and the company.
